Do you ship plastic-free?
Yes, as far as we can control it! Your order will arrive in an FSC certified box and the tape we use is EcoMask tape. This tape is made of cellulose and is free of chlorine and dyes. This makes it very environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable. (And you can just throw it away with the waste paper.)
What are the shipping costs in the Netherlands?
Shipping costs vary per product, ranging from €4.00 to €6.50. For orders over 50 euros you do not pay shipping costs.
What are the shipping costs outside the Netherlands?
Shipping costs differ per product, on average between €9.50 and €12.50. For orders over 100 euros you do not pay shipping costs.
What is the delivery time?
We try to send the package within 1 to 2 working days! Occasionally it may take longer, also due to busy times at PostNL. The track & trace code will be automatically sent to your email after shipment, so you can keep an eye on when your package is delivered. We are aware that many companies promise same-day shipping, but this does not align with our vision. Suppose you are in a hurry, feel free to send us an email, call us or indicate this in the shipping notes. Then we will ensure that it is sent as quickly as possible!
Which delivery options can I choose?
We currently only ship via PostNL. We are working on it that you will soon be able to pick up your package at a post office, because that is of course less harmful to the environment. The bicycle courier is also on our list, hopefully we will succeed at the end of 2023 or in 2024.
